How we work

Our process is simple yet thorough – you will first meet an experienced Recruitment to Recruitment consultant who knows the recruitment market and our clients inside out. You will go through a full interview, you will be given all the information on the relevant companies and roles and you will talk though your options. You will then decide with your consultant your top 3-4 client matches. We will have interviews set up with these chosen clients within 24 hours.

- our job doesn't stop when you leave our office. You will be given a mobile number for your consultant who is happy to answer questions and offer advice at any time. We offer CV advice, we prepare you fully for your interview and we tell you in detail about the client you are meeting.
